These questions can primarily be used for evaluating speaking and writing skills of customer facing roles such as Sales personnel, Customer Success personnel, Customer Support, Business Analysts, Product Management roles (except core engineering and developers) among others.

For the said rolesyou need not have separate assessments for evaluating their Business English speaking and writing skills. Simply include these questions in your existing assessment and you are good to go.

How will you benefit from AI-evaluation Speaking and AI-evaluation Writing?

Hiring managers and Recruiters will find it quite easy to evaluate candidates’ proficiency in spoken and written English. Since the answers are auto evaluated, you will not have to spend additional time on going through these recordings individually. A valuable amount of time and energy will be thus saved.

It is also beneficial in improving candidate experience as they no longer have to take multiple assessments to showcase their skills.

How it works

While creating a new assessment or modifying an existing one, simple click on ‘Add Skill’ and select the two new question types.
