I (Amit, CEO, iMocha) have just spent last 19 weeks at GenNext - a startup accelerator by Reliance and powered by Microsoft ventures. We found a great value in this programme and business has observed some remarkable improvements during this period. Microsoft Azure Paas Award It feels great to emerge as a winner in Microsoft's search for "THE BEST IaaS AND PaaS SOLUTION BUILDER". As a PaaS Solution- Interview Mocha has helped customers reduce hassles, efforts and time in their recruitment process. The Microsoft Azure Challenge gave us the opportunity to showcase the customer and technology momentum we have achieved in just two years. The winners were determined based on the quality of the description of the PaaS solution, the extent of innovation, and how our solution technically results in improved scale, performance, agility, manageability, cost-effectiveness etc.

We started with the felicitation of Mr. Divyanshu Ganatra, yesterday Seminar’s Keynote Speaker by iMocha’s CEO Mr. Amit.D.Mishra. Divyanshu Ganatra is a clinical psychologist, educationist and researcher. He has collaborated on cross-cultural research with international psychologists at the University of Illinois as well as Ann Arbor, USA. He is trained in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and Adlerian therapy from Malta, Europe. Divyanshu facilitates in various corporates and business schools in the areas of emotional intelligence, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, conflict management, couple enrichment, entrepreneurial motivation and, thinking-judgment and decision making. He also conducts psychometric assessments for recruitment, self development and competency mapping.
Interview Mocha is selected as 2nd runner up in Microsoft BizSpark India Startup Challenge 2013 – regional finals. With this, Interview Mocha has achieved Microsoft BizSpark plus membership with free access to Microsoft cloud infrastructure worth $60,000. Thrilled to be crowned the 2nd runner up of the BizSpark Challenge, Sujit Karpe, CTO at Interview Mocha said, “We are delighted to win the 2nd Runner up position in Microsoft BizSpark Challenge! This will help us leverage the business for our go-to market strategies, serving our client better and building the trust amongst our clients”.
